526 kWp of output – with our new, company-owned PV system we produce 25% of our electricity needs ourselves – clean, renewable and right on site. An investment in green energy – and in our future.

RESPONSIBILITY. PROGRESS. TRUST.
Sustainability is a long-term journey for us that we actively want to shape. In 2025 we consistently worked on ecological, social and economic improvements, putting not only our plant technology but also our processes and our handling of resources and employees to the test. The first steps have been taken – with measurable projects, a great deal of commitment and the conviction that entrepreneurial success is only possible together with the environment and society. Below we show what we have already achieved – and what we are still working on.

526 kWp of output – with our new, company-owned PV system we produce 25% of our electricity needs ourselves – clean, renewable and right on site. An investment in green energy – and in our future.

To use our valuable resource water sustainably too, in 2025 we launched the “water-saving project” with new metering points for precise consumption control, targeted leak detection & repair, and specific process optimisations to reduce water consumption.

In terms of sustainable mobility, we have also driven up our electromobility rate in recent years – we now travel 90% electric or hybrid. Compared with a purely combustion-based fleet, this cuts emissions by around 10–12 tonnes of CO2 per year, saves operating costs and is a further step towards climate-friendly corporate mobility.

The modernisation of all operational systems is in full swing. By installing a new linear freezer, we use the latest refrigerant technology, which produces far more efficiently and more environmentally friendly than its predecessor.

Whenever possible, we use raw materials from the region. This strengthens our local partners – and reduces emissions.

With further training and internal qualifications we support the development of our employees – in both technical and commercial areas:

Staying healthy – together – in everyday life too! For our employees we offer:

Since 2025 we have been an official training company – offering apprenticeships in technical and commercial areas, practical and future-oriented.

We maintain a partnership-based relationship with our employees, customers and business partners.
Our company grows with moderation and with the goal of combining economic stability, ecological reason and social justice.
We have recognised the importance of a sustainable commitment and incorporated it into our corporate culture. We see it as our duty to continuously improve in this respect and to rethink the status quo. Our employees are our most valuable asset, which is why we involve them in every process.
The change continues in any case – and we still have a lot planned. We will keep working on optimising all aspects of sustainability and strive for progressive and fair solutions.
